Music news!
We are very excited to announce that, at the advice of our Music Director Claire, we are in the process of purchasing a new electric keyboard. It should be in place in the next few weeks. We will pay for it with existing funds but should you wish to financially contribute, please designate your donation to “music.”
Confirmation, Reaffirmation, Reception
Our Anglican tradition includes the ritual of commitment to Christian faith known as confirmation. For those baptized as infants, it is part of coming of age in early adolescence but confirmation is not limited to young people. As we grow and mature in our faith, it can be very meaningful to renew our commitment to Christian faith and/or to claim the Anglican way as one’s own. This spring we will have a confirmation preparation program for teens. Adults interested in confirming or reaffirming their faith should also speak to Christine.Altar Flowers
We have a number of dates available for flower dedications in 2018: Apr. 8, Ap. 15, May 27, Sept. 30, Nov. 11 & Dec. 30. If you would like one of these dates, please speak to Aline Greaves.

Compost Collection at St. Andrew’s
St. Andrew’s has begun collecting compostable materials in the downstairs and upstairs kitchens. The program will help us keep food and yard waste out of the landfill. It also complies with The City of Calgary’s Waste & Recycling Bylaw that requires onsite diversion of food and yard waste at all businesses and organizations. There are posters in the kitchens describing how to sort the various types of trash we produce on Sundays and throughout the week. Thanks for your help keeping St. Andrew’s clean!
