Lenten Series

This year we will view a movie about the Camino de Santiago (the Way of St. James). It is a 800 km trek from the French Pyrenees across northern Spain to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. We will watch a movie about the Camino each of the five weeks of Lent, 25 minutes each Wednesday, excluding Ash Wednesday and the Wednesday of Holy Week. After the movie each week we will hear from parishioners who have agreed to share their pilgrimage stories with us. Then there will be a time of reflection and discussion of pilgrimage as a way to connect with God and one another.
